Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide award-winning service.
- Maintain an organized and appealing store floor.
- Retain strong product knowledge.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and uphold the company’s reputation.
Sales Consultant Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a sales position.
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or tip 50 lbs. or more.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
Sales Consultant Benefits at 90 days/Perks

Starting Pay Structure
- Option 1: $32,000 base + 7% commission for 12 months + manufacturer spiffs.
- Option 2: $5,400 training pay over 12 weeks + 14% commission + manufacturer spiffs.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
