- Measuring customer satisfaction: Track key performance indicators like customer service representatives call volume percentages and scores.
- Analyzing customer feedback: Reviewing customer reviews, complaints, Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Developing customer service strategies: Implements initiatives to address customer concerns and improve service quality across all customer touchpoints.
- Training and coaching the customer service team: Providing ongoing training to customer service representatives on best practices, complaint resolution, and customer-centric approaches.
- Monitoring service quality: Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure customer service interactions and meet company standards.
- Collaborating with other departments: Working with all departments to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.
- Associates degree with transcripts((preferred)) or High School Diploma with transcripts
- Three to Five years with a Customer Service Background
- Two to Five years of a Supervisory Background
- Three Professional References
